Throughout and post your relationship with Managers Investment Group LLC, respecting and protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance. In providing our clients with investment management services, we receive and collect certain personal information about our clients from information provided to us and through our clients’ account inquiries by mail, e-mail or telephone. In addition, we receive and collect information about our clients’ transactions with us, our affiliates and others, such as purchases, sales and account balances.
Within our firm and among our service providers, we restrict access to personal information to those who require it to provide products and services to our clients. We may share the personal information that we collect with the following: (i) affiliates (ii) unaffiliated service providers (iii) government agencies, other regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials (iv) other organizations, with clients’ consent or as directed by our clients’ representative and (v) other organizations, as permitted by law (for example, for fraud prevention). In the case of unaffiliated service providers, we contractually require them to use this information only for the services for which they are contracted, and to treat our clients’ private information with the strictest confidence.
All our employees are subject to our internal policies, which are reinforced in our written guidelines. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect our clients’ nonpublic personal information from unauthorized use.

Thank you for your interest in The Managers Funds and Managers AMG Funds. We recognize the importance of safeguarding your personal information. Your privacy is a priority, and we have designed policies and practices to achieve this goal.
As a mutual fund company, we may receive personal information from our customers, some of which is "nonpublic." We receive this information from the following sources:
