Lord, Abbett & Co, LLC (“Lord Abbet”) is the subadvisor for a portion of the Managers Fremont Institutional Micro-Cap Fund. The five-member micro-cap portfolio management team is led by Tom O’Halloran, who has over 20 years of investment experience. He is joined by co-PM Tony Hipple along with three analysts. While the team develops its own original research it also has access to 60-plus research analysts and portfolio managers that work on other equity strategies at Lord Abbett.

Mr. O’Halloran joined Lord Abbett in 2001 from Dillon Read/UBS Warburg where he served as Executive Director/Senior Research Analyst. Prior to that, he was a trial attorney. Mr. O’Halloran received an AB from Bowdoin College, a JD from Boston College Law School, and an MBA from Columbia University Business School. He is the holder of a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has been in the investment business since 1987.
Anthony W. Hipple, CFA

Mr. Hipple joined Lord Abbett in 2002 from Piper Jaffray Asset Management where he was a Senior Analyst. His previous experience includes Senior Analyst at Lutheran Brotherhood. Mr. Hipple earned a BBA from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He is the holder of a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has been in the investment business since 1995.

Next Century Growth Investors, LLC ("Next Century"), a unit of AllianceBernstein L.P., is the subadvisor for a portion of the Managers Fremont Institutional Micro-Cap Fund. The five-member portfolio management team is headed by Tom Press and Don Longlet, who have 23 and 29 years of investment experience, respectively. The team works together to develop original research.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Press has 23 years of investment industry experience. Prior to co-founding NCG, Tom spent five years as a portfolio manager at Jundt Associates, Inc. Tom was a Senior Vice President and Co-Manager of the IAI Emerging Growth Fund for Investment Advisers, Inc. Between 1985 and 1992, he worked with Wall Street broker-dealers beginning with a position at Salomon Brothers, Inc. and concluding with five years at Morgan Stanley & Company, Inc., where he was a Vice President in institutional sales. From 1981 through 1984, he was employed in the Marketing Department at Ecolab under the Olympic Jobs Program. Tom holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. Tom is a former member of the US World,World Cup and Olympic Wrestling Teams.
Donald M. Longlet, CFA

Mr. Longlet has 39 years of investment industry experience. Prior to co-founding NCG, Don spent nine years as a portfolio manager at Jundt Associates, Inc. Don joined Jundt Associates in May of 1989. Between 1983 and 1989 he worked for Amev Advisers, Inc. (now known as Fortis Advisers, Inc.) as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for equity assets. During the years 1968 through 1982, Don held various positions at Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis (now known as Wells Fargo) including Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Employee Benefit Investment Services Division of the Trust Department. Don holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

OFI Institutional Asset Management ("OFII") is the subadvisor for a portion of the Managers Fremont Institutional Micro-Cap Fund. The six-member micro-cap portfolio and analyst team is headed by Dan Goldfarb, who has 21 years of investment experience. The team focuses its efforts on developing original research.

Chief Investment Officer - Fundamental Small Cap Core/Growth Equities
Mr. Goldfarb is head of the Fundamental Small Cap Core/Growth team and is responsible for managing the Micro Cap Core, Small Cap Growth, and Small Cap Core strategies. He also serves as an equity analyst for each of these strategies. Prior to joining OFII Institutional in 2006, Dan was a Managing Diector/Portfolio Manager at Babson Capital. Dan previously has held positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Smith Barney, and Wilmington Trust. Dan has covered financial institutions during this career as well as several other industries including telecom, electric utilities, and REITS. He holds a B.A. from Hobart College and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. Dan is a member of the CFA Institute and Treasurer of the Bank Analyst Association of Boston.
WEDGE Capital Management L.L.P.
WEDGE Capital Management L.L.P. (“WEDGE”) is the subadvisor for a portion of the Managers Fremont Institutional Micro-Cap Fund. The micro-cap portfolio and analyst team is headed by Michael Gardner, who has 30 years of investment experience. The team focuses its efforts on combining quantitative models with a qualitative overview to build portfolios.

General Partner
Mr. Gardner has thirty years of investment experience and is the Director of Equity Research, responsible for overseeing quantitative and qualitative analysis. Michael also has primary responsibility for WEDGE’s Quantitative Value Momentum (QVM) product. Prior to joining WEDGE in 1989, he was Senior Research Coordinator at Smith Barney in New York and a Securities Analyst with Shearson Lehman Hutton, also in New York. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from State University of New York at Binghamton and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago.
Monika M. LaRiche, CFA
Equity Analyst
Ms. LaRiche is responsible for equity research and quantitative support involving companies with market capitalizations between $40 million and $2.5 billion. Prior to joining WEDGE in 2002, Monika was the Finance Manager at Nexel Polska, a consulting engineering company in Warsaw, Poland. Monika received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the Warsaw University, and her Master of Business Administration degree from the Weatherhead School of Mangement at Case Western Reserve University.
