Why You Need a PIN
To protect the confidentiality of your account information, we ask you to select a Personal Identification Number, or PIN, that only you will know.
Your PIN is your password that will give you access to your portfolio of Managers Funds accounts—all accounts associated with the Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) that you enter when you register online. If you have accounts registered under more than one SSN or TIN, then you have more than one portfolio of Managers Funds accounts.
Selecting a PIN
To create your PIN, follow these four easy steps:
- Enter the Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number (without the dashes) that is associated with the portfolio you wish to access.
- Enter the account number for which you are establishing a login ID.
- Accept the Online Agreement and complete the Personal Information form.
- Create a Login ID and PIN.
- Login ID: Your login ID must be between 6 and 10 characters long. It must also contain a minimum of four alphabetic characters and two numbers. Symbols, such as asterisks (*) cannot be used in the login ID.
- PIN: Your password must be between 6 and 10 characters long. It must also containt a minimum of four alphabetic characters and two numbers. Symbols, such as asterisks (*) cannot be used in the login ID. An example of a proper password is test01. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- After you have created your PIN, write it down and keep it in a secret and safe place.

If you forget or would like to change your PIN, call Managers Funds at 800.548.4539 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. We will reset your PIN, allowing you to create a new PIN so you can access your account online. Outside the United States, please call 816.843.7368 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
