Use of Managers Investment Group LLC’s ("MIG") web site ("Site") signifies that you accept the following Terms of Use. Nothing contained in these Terms of Use is intended to modify or amend any other written agreement, if any, that may currently be in effect between you and MIG with regard to matters other than your use of the Site. MIG may periodically modify these Terms of Use, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. We suggest that you periodically check these Terms of Use for modifications. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not use this Site.

MIG expressly reserves the right to monitor any and all use of this Site, without liability.

Shares of the MIG Family of Funds (the “Funds”) are offered only for sale in the United States and Puerto Rico. LIMITED LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You may not link to this Site unless MIG expressly grants use permission to do so.
